What Is The Max. Blood Sugar Level After The Meal

E-learning self-directed learning

For e-learning means the opportunity to learn using the internet network and dissemination of information remotely.
E-learning is not limited to education, being also devoted to adult users, students, teachers, etc.. and even in corporate training, especially for organizations with a variety of locations.
All e-learning systems must predevere some essential elements, which are:
the use of networking for the purchase of teaching materials and the development of educational activities based on a specific technology, called "Technology Platform" ( Learning Management System, LMS);
the use of personal computers (possibly supplemented by other devices and interfaces) as the primary tool for participation in the path learning
a high degree of independence from the constraints of the teaching of physical presence or time-specific;
continuous monitoring of the level of learning, both by tracking the route that through frequent opportunities for self-assessment;
the development of:
multimedia (effective integration of different media to foster a better understanding of the content)
interactivity with the materials (to allow for individualized learning paths and to optimize the learning);
human interaction (with teachers / tutors and with other students - to encourage, through the network communication technologies, creating contexts of collective learning).
The e-learning harnesses the power available from Internet to provide training synchronous or asynchronous users that can access course content at any time and any place where there is an online connection. This feature, combined with the type of design of teaching materials, led to define some forms of e-learning as "student-centered learning solutions."
